We provide you with a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial use, as intended and permitted by these Terms.

You must not:

• Alter, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
• Use our logos, trademarks, or brand assets without prior written consent.
• Create modified or translated versions of the app for distribution or resale.

All intellectual property associated with the Service remains the exclusive property of Driving Theory Test LLC.

We may enhance, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Updating or removing features
• Adjusting content or presentation
• Introducing new pricing or subscription models (with prior disclosure)

Continued use after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Service.

a. Security of Your Device

• Maintaining the integrity and security of your device and operating system.
• Avoiding unauthorized modifications (e.g., jailbreaking or rooting), which may compromise functionality and security.
• Ensuring stable internet access to use online features.

b. Account Integrity

• You must keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

Our Service may reference or integrate services provided by third parties. These are governed by their own policies and terms. We do not control or assume responsibility for:

• Third-party content or accuracy
• External links or services you choose to access through our app

We encourage you to review the terms of those providers independently.

While we aim for accuracy and uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the app will be error-free across all platforms. We are not liable for:

• Device failures, internet outages, or system incompatibilities
• Decisions made based on content in the app
• Data loss or interruptions caused by external factors

Use of the app is at your own risk.

a. Subscription Billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. All billing is managed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Please refer to their terms for details.

• Charges occur upon confirmation of your subscription.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
• Renewal charges may apply within 24 hours prior to the next period.

b. Free Trials

Free trials are offered at our discretion. Any remaining trial time is forfeited if you begin a paid subscription before the trial ends. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges.

The app may display advertising served by third-party networks. These partners may use tracking tools to personalize ads based on usage behavior. You can manage advertising preferences through your device or platform settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time without notice if we believe you've violated these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your access rights will be revoked.
• You are expected to delete the app from your device if instructed.

Periodic updates may be required to maintain optimal functionality. We do not guarantee support for outdated operating systems or hardware. Users are responsible for installing available updates promptly.

We may revise these Terms occasionally. When changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this document and may provide notice within the app or on our website. Continued use after such updates signifies your agreement to the new Terms.
